How is everyone doing in the heat of summer?

Yotaro's first physical release in a year is 46-minute tape released in collaboration with "ODDTAPE DUPLICATION".
Yotaro has teamed up with "ODDTAPE DUPLICATION" for his first physical release in about a year.

Late summer is here, and the summer mood is fresh in the memories of the listeners,
the footsteps of autumn can be heard.

The A-side begins with the up-tempo "kickin summer," which starts with the sound of waves, and runs through to the vast summer sky "vastly sky" seen in Nara, Yotaro's hometown, and outputs the scenes he saw this summer on the beat.
The title of the track, "down summer," suggests that it would be great to go for a drive with a thick cloud in the sky, which can only be seen in summer. The footsteps of autumn can be heard gradually from "step to autumn,"
The hot summer ends with "4U," sampling of Tatsuro Yamashita.

And the B-side of the EXCLUSIVE SIDE, which can only be heard on this cassette!
It starts with a refreshing shout by Nuts.D, a summer man from F.P.F., crew from the same hometown, and la-di-da features K-Show, a lyricist also from F.P.F.
Aru-2's sparkling keyboard, also familiar from Hooba Booba, and Äura's vocals, which add color to SIDE B, make us feel the autumn breeze in the morning and evening.

晩夏の候、聴く人々の記憶に新しい夏の風情から、
秋の足音が聞こえるこの季節にマッチする

A面は波の声から始まるアップテンポな"kickin summer"を筆頭に、地元奈良で見える広大な夏空"vastly sky"まで駆け抜け、Yotaroがこの夏に見た情景をBeatにアウトプットしている。
タイトルでもある"down summer"は、夏にしか見れない分厚い入道雲を片目にドライブとか最高。"step to autumn"から段々と秋の足音が聞こえ始め、山下達郎を
丸々サンプリングした"4U"で、この暑い夏終える。

そしてこのカセットのみでしか聴けないEXCLUSIVE SIDE のB面
同郷のクルー、F.P.Fより夏男Nuts.Dの爽やかなshoutから始まり、la-di-daでは同じくF.P.FのリリシストK-Showがフィーチャー。
Hooba Boobaでもお馴染み、Aru-2の煌びやかなKey、そしてSIDE Bに彩を添えてくれる、Äuraのボーカルが、朝夕の秋風を感じさせてくれる。
